Attached please find our updated registration form for 2016-17.
We have a added a Code of Conduct page for all students/parents to acknowledge.
Please complete and print out the first two pages of the attached document (ideally double sided to save some trees) with a $50.00 check for the registration fee and mail before the end of this month.
If you do so, you will be guaranteed a spot for next year and you will qualify for a 10% discount if you pay full year’s tuition on the first day of school.
